2.6.2 Department Issue Report
Creat a Department Issue Report
Select OrgWise > Report.
Enter the report interface.
Click New Department Issue Report to get an initialized department issue report. The list of department issues is as follows:
The default name of the department issue report contains the current date.
The operation button of the Save report is disabled by default. (Note: click “search” button to enable it.).
The first drop-down option box is "Department" by default. The available options are department and team (Note: distinguish between team and department reports).
The filter condition option box has no filter condition by default. (Note: The filter criteria cannot be blank and departments and users cannot exist at the same time).
Member field drop-down box. The default is Assignee. (Note: This drop-down box shows all User Picker (single user) of custom fields, assignee and reporter of system field.).
In the grouping option box, the dimension displayed by default is "Department>>User>>Issue". (Note: If you select "Team" in the first drop-down box, the dimension is "Team>>User>>Issue").
The table column ". . ." "Issue Number" is selected by default.
In more options, "Include sub-departments” “Only consider main department” and “show members with no tasks (issue)" are selected by default.
Department issue report: including the corresponding dimension hierarchy relationship tree and key (user name, project key and issue key are displayed)
My Reports
The report list is sorted by the most recent operations (Create, Edit, Edit Report Name). There are two functions in each report's cross-border operations, Save As and Delete.
When saving a report as, the Save Report Name dialog box will pop up. The name cannot be empty, cannot exceed 255 characters, and cannot be the same as other reports.
When deleting a report, the Delete Report dialog box will pop up to prevent accidental deletion.
Report conditions
Type
Select the type to distinguish between department issue report and team issue report.
Filter by
Different filter conditions are displayed according to the selection of "Type". (Note: The same type of filtered data is taken as union, and different types of filtered data are taken as intersection)
When the type is Department, the filter type displays Department, Project, User, Filter, and Issue Type.
When the type is Team, the filter type displays Team, Project, User, Filter, and Issue Type.
Group by
Different dimensions are displayed according to "Type". (Note: The first dimension is unchangeable, either a department or a team.).
When the type is Department, the default is Department>>User>>Issue.
When the type is "team", the default is "team>>user>>issue".
Change the order or display status of columns.
You can check to view more report columns, and the column order can be changed. ("Include sub-departments” “Only consider main department” is a unique function of department issue reports.).
This function is described as follows:
Include Sub-departments: if this option is checked, the data of sub departments will be displayed together with the report statistics.
Only consider main department: When a user belongs to multiple departments, check this option. When making report statistics, his data will only be counted in the main department.
Show members without tasks(issue): If this option is checked, members without issue will be displayed together during report statistics.
The explicit and implicit rules of this function are as follows:
When the type is department, "Include sub-departments” “Only consider main department” and “Show members without tasks(issues)” will be displayed. All are checked by default.
When the type is team, only "Show members without tasks(issue)" will be displayed, which is checked by default.
When the grouping dimension contains "user", the option "Show members without tasks (issue)" will be displayed.

Click Clear query cache button to clear all the data query cache records of the department issue report.
