2.3 Search department members
Search in the organization structure interface
Enter OrgWise > Organization Structure. You can click a department to find a member in its member list. You can also use the search box in the upper left corner of the interface by entering the member or department name.
Search in the issue view screen.
In the issue view screen, if the current user has permission to modify the values of user type fields such as assignee and reporter, there will be a small organizational structure icon on the right of the field.
You can click this icon to find the target person from the organization and set it as the field value.
You can search by department or person name to get your target quickly.
