2.4 Expand user information

Effect of expanding user properties

The personal information of JIRA users only includes username, full name, email address and an avatar. Orgwise expands the properties of users, such as department, phone number, gender, job number and photo etc.. Such information can be viewed in the following ways:

(1) When the mouse hovers over the field of user-picker (reporter, assignee, etc.) in JIRA issue view screen.

(2) In user profile interface of JIRA.

(3) In the member view page of Orgwise.

(4) In the member list in the Organization Structure page.

You can open the control panel through the operation button at the upper right of the list, and change the display/hidden status (check) and display order (drag) of the fields in the list.

(5) In the member list exported from the Orgwise.
