1. If the audit function is turned off in the project, cells in the timesheet will be displayed like so:
2. Add Work Logs and Plans
In the Timesheet view, click on the cell in the calendar:
Click on the upper part of the cell to create a new work plan; click on the lower part of the cell to create a new work log.
3. Detailed description of the Timesheet view
The color bar in the upper half of each cell indicates the planned work time.
Light Green:Planned working time of 8 or less hours(8 hours is the max regular work time)
Yellow:Planned working time of 8 - 24 hours(Overtime work planned)
Red:Planned working time of 24 or more hours (Unusual work hours planned)
The number in the lower half of the cell indicates the number of work hours logged.
Dark Green: The number of logged work hours.
4.View Work Logs/Plans
In the Timesheet view, click the cell of an existing work plan or work log to bring up the following dialog window. Click the "Eye" icon to edit the work plan or work log.
5. Edit Work Plans/Logs
In the Timesheet view, click the cell of an existing plan or log to bring up the dialog window below. Click on the "Pencil" icon to edit the work log or plan.
6. Delete Work Plans/Logs
In the Timesheet view, click the cell of the existing plan or log to bring up the following popup window. Click the "Trash" icon to delete the work log or plan.
If the work logs are added in batches, they can be deleted in batches. When you click the delete button, a list of logs added in batches will be displayed, and you can select the logs that need to be deleted, as shown in the figure below.
