1.Description 

1.1 Average of approval duration

You can query the total number of logs or plans that have been approval , the total approval duration, and the average approval duration of a piece of data within a period of time.

 

1.2 Details of approval duration

Users can query the detailed information of the approval log or plan within a period of time.

2.How to switch it on

Click (····) in the upper right corner to display the drop-down list information,and click the ‘Approval Efficiency List’ button to open the function.

3.Permission Required

3.1 When the logged-in user is the project leader/approver, he/she is allowed to enter the approval efficiency list interface, and he can only query his own approval records.

3.2 In the global configuration, the function of [View permission settings for approval efficiency] is enabled, and members of the bound user group can be allowed to enter the approval efficiency list interface, and can view the approval records of all approver

4.Other functions

Average of approval duration and Details of approval duration Query records can be exported to Excel or Csv
