  1. Go to  Administration > Manage apps

  2. Under "TIMEWISE" in the left sidebar, click System Settings

  3. Switch on/off Global Working Hours Display Format

1. Purpose

This feature allow the app to specify the format of working hours displayed in the TimeWise plug-in. All the places where working hours are used will be displayed in the selected format. The two options are described as follows

  • Jira Time tracking: Display according to the format specified in Jira time tracking. If the Global Working Hours Display Format switch is turned off, working hours will also be displayed in this format

  • Day: Display working hours in days (d), such as 1d, 0.25d, etc. If this option is selected, the Overtime Mode switch will be automatically turned off

2、Enabling the feature

As shown in the figure below, you can use this function by turning on Global Working Hours Display Format.
