  1. Go to  Settings > Manage apps

  2. Under "TIMEWISE" in the left sidebar, click System Settings

  3. Switch on/off Entering working hours on non-business days is prohibited

JIRA administrator can open and close entering working hours on non business days is promoted in this interface
