7 Working Hours Check

  1. Go to  Administration > Manage apps

  2. Under "TIMEWISE" in the left sidebar, click Working Hours Check

Function Description: You can query the list of users who have not entered work hours or entered work hours less than one day in a period of time. And provide the function of exporting and sending emails.

3. Searching feature

3.1 Default search

After entering this interface, the query will be conducted according to the default conditions and the query results will be displayed in a tree structure.

The total number of days that meet the query criteria is shown in parentheses after the user.

Note:All users are queried by default, and the query type is ‘Less than a day’s entry’,the default value of the weekday plan drop-down box is the plan selected in 'Timewise -> configuration -> weekday plan configuration page'. The default value of the date component is this week.

 

3.2 Condition search

3.2.1 Click the date component, you can choose week, month, season and custom, as shown in the picture

3.2.2 Click the user or team drop-down list, and the corresponding drop-down box will also change, as shown in the picture

3.2.3 Click the Query Type drop-down box, as shown in the picture

3.2.4 Click the drop-down box of workday plan, as shown in the picture

3.2.5 After selecting the conditions to be filtered, click the search button, the data is displayed successfully, and the search function is completed.

Note:The search function only queries data up to the current date (including the current date).

4. Export function

4.1 Open the way

Click the export button, and the drop-down boxes of ‘Select Excel’ and ‘Select Csv’ will pop up. The exported data is the data displayed after searching according to the filter criteria. Choose the type you need to export.

5.1 Open the way

5.2 To send an email to the leader, you need to configure the user group on the configuration page

5.2.1 If the user group is not configured, a prompt box prompting to configure the user group will pop up, as shown in the picture

5.2.2 If the user group has been configured, an email will be sent to each user bound under the user group, and the queried data will be bound in the email in the form of attachment, and a successful sending pop-up box will pop up on the page.

5.3 To send an email to an personal, you need to check the box before the data

5.3.1 If the check box is not checked, a prompt box will pop up to prompt the user to check the check box, as shown in the picture

5.3.2 If the check box is checked, an email will be sent to each user, and the checked data will be bound in the email in the form of attachment, and a successful sending pop-up box will pop up on the page.

6.1 Click the configuration button, the configuration page pop-up box will pop up, as shown in the picture

6.2 User group drop-down box, configure the user group to send mail to the leader

Note:If multiple user groups are selected, the same user in multiple user groups will not receive duplicate emails,If the selected user group contains excluded users, the user will not receive emails either.

6.3 Exclude users drop-down box, configure query, export, and email users to be excluded

6.4 Remember the checkbox, if it is not checked, the selected user group and user will only play a role this time, and you will need to reconfigure after refreshing the page. If the Remember check box is checked, the selected user groups and users can be reused as long as the browser cache is not cleaned
