Users who have been granted the global authority of TimeWise Team Administrators will have team Administrator Authority, and users with this authority can add new teams, copy existing teams, and can manage all teams

2. Permission Configuration

In Jira's global authority configuration, bind TimeWise Team Administrators authority to a user group, then all users under this user group will have team Administrator Authority
