Refer to the Approval Rules to modify the approval rules.

When modifying “Approvers“, “Approval condition“ or “All approvers participate settings“, if the modified approval rule has a pending approval, the following pop-up window will appear.

Reset:

The approvers, approval condition and all approvers participate settings for the pending approvals will be updated to the modified values, and all approvers need to re-approve.

Do not Reset:

If it is not reset, the approvers, approval condition, and all approvers participate settings for the pending approvals will remain unchanged. The approvers who have already approved do not need to re-approve.
