Administrator Updates Approval Information
When an issue reaches the status where it needs to be approved, the system will fix the settings of "approvers, approval condition and all approvers participate settings" for the approval according to the approval rule.
Once the approval information is fixed, it cannot be changed unless manually updated by the administrator.
For example, if the approvers of approval rule A is set to user group B, when an issue C needs to be approved due to meeting approval rule A, the approvers for issue C will be fixed to all users current in user group B. Subsequent personnel changes in user group B will not affect the approver list for issue C.
