  • Blue: There are only one or more work plans in the card.
  • Green: There are only one or more work logs in the card.
  • Orange: There are both work plans and work logs in the card.

For cards with multiple pieces of data, click on the button in the image below to see all the work plans and work logs in the card:
     
     
（2）Approval Option is Turned On
Draft(orange), Pending (grey), Approved(no color).

For cards with mutliple pieces of data, the underlying color is displayed according to the following priorities: Unsubmitted > Pending > Audited.
