2.1 TimeWise: Project Roles
This plugin separates users into five categories: TimeWise Project View, TimeWise Project Approver, TimeWise Project Planner, TimeWise Project Logger, and General Users. The former four are project roles.
Note: Project Leader has all the permissions of the above user by default.
In Project Settings > Users and Roles, set the roles of the users.
Add users to a role:
TimeWise Project View: Users in this role can see all the working hours under the current project, otherwise they can only see their own. For more details, please refer to 3.1.1 View Project Hours
TimeWise Project Approver: Users in this role can approve others' working hours as approvers under the current project. For more details, please refer to 3.1.2 Approve Project Hours
TimeWise Project Planner: Users in this role can create work plans for others under the current project. For more details, please refer to 3.1.4 Create Work Plans For Others in Project
Note: This role is usually used in combination with the TimeWise Project View role so that users who create plans for others can also view others' working plans.
TimeWise Project Logger: Users in this role can creat logs for others under the current project. For more details, please refer to 3.1.3 Create Work Logs For Others in Project
