2.3 Forcast & Management Reports
Click ”Project Plan Hours VS Actual Hours“ in “Report”, as shown in the following figure:
1. Project query
Select projects in dropdown menu from the highlighted "Project" selection at mark 1.
2. Project actual
As indicated at mark 2, "project actual" shows the actual hours that has been taken.
Start date: if start date is not configured manually , the create date of the first issue in a project will be set as the start date.
End date: if end date is not configured manually, all the actual hours after "Start date" will be cumulatively counted.
Hours: all logged hours in a project will be automatically caculated based on its started date and end date.
3. Project plan
As indicated at mark 3, "project plan" shows the estimation of project manager on project's start date, end date and hours.
Start date: an estimated day when a project starts
End date: an estimated day when a project is done
Hours: total hours a project will take.
4. Project Progress
As indicated at mark 4, the number helps project managers understand project's progress and respond accordingly. This number is the ratio of "project actual hours" to "project plan hours".
Green: ratio <= 80%
Yellow: 80% < ratio <= 100%
Red: ratio > 100%
5. Actions
As demonstrated at mark 5, two actions are availabe: "edit" and "view history"
edit: start date, end date and hours are editable. Please note, the edit button will be hidden if the current user is not a Project Lead in the Project.
view history: click and a modification history sreen as below will show up
