2.6 Reminder to Log/Submit Work (Not supported in version 5.0.0 and later)

1. Purpose

       This feature will notify users if they haven’t logged/submitted work on days in the last week (time setting is adjustable).

This function is no longer supported in version 5.0.0 and later, and is replaced by the "Notification" function.

Popup Reminder   

Open

       Click the link to go to the Time Sheet page.

       Reminder upon Log-in

On the designated “reminder day,” if you missed logging/submitting some hours that week, you will receive the popup every time you log in.

       Time Sheet Page Reminder

       If there are unlogged/draft hours, a small warning prompt will appear in the upper right.                 

  Click on the warning icon to display the necessary information via popup

•    Circle 1：There are uncommitted work hours.

•    Circle 2：No working hours are entered.
