2.5 Synchronize an Issue

Log in to the JIRA system, enter the Issue viewing interface, and click on "More" to find the "Synchronize an issue" option.

Click on "Synchronize an issue" to enter the "Synchronize an issue" interface.

1、Synchronize an Issue

• Instance Configuration : Required, one of the instances in the instance configuration is selected by default.

• Sync to all project configurations : Checked by default. When unchecked, the "Project Configuration" drop-down box will be displayed (as shown in Figure 2).

• Project Configuration : Required.

• Sync comments : Not checked by default.

• Sync attachments : Not checked by default.

2、Steps to synchronize an Issue

Step 1：First, find the issue of the local JIRA system that needs to be synchronized (as shown in Figure 3):

Step 2：Click "More" to find the "Synchronize an Issue" option (as shown in Figure 4), click "Synchronize an Issue", and go to the "Synchronize an Issue" interface, as shown in Figure 5:

Step 3：Click "Confirm", the issue synchronization is successful, jump to the issue interface, you can quickly locate the specific location of the target JIRA issue in the local JIRA system (as shown in Figure 6 ) 

Step 4：Click on the "Link Issue" to jump to the issue of the target JIRA system, as shown in Figure 7:
