3.3.1.5 Estimated time report

1. Introduction

Estimated time report can display the time data of each issue in detail, including original estimated time, the remaining estimated time, and the actual spent time, and compare them, so that the project manager can effectively grasp the progress of each work.

2. Permission required

The following users have the permission to create the estimated time report. Users without permission will hide this report.

  • Jira project leader

  • Users with the project role of TimeWise Project View

  • Users with the project role of TimeWise Project Approver

  • Users with extended [Administer Projects] permissions

3. Function

3.1 Query dimension

support querying issues by project or filter:

Click "More" to query by Epic, Version, Component and Sprint.

3.2 Group by

The default structure is Project>>Epic>>Issue, and you can also choose to combine versions, components, and Sprints.

Note: In the selected list, projects can only be listed first and issues can only be listed last.

3.3 Customize the columns to be displayed

Among them, “Time in Difference” and “progress” are columns extended by TimeWise, and the calculation rules are as follows:

  • Time in Difference = Original Estimated Time - Time Spent - Remaining Estimated Time

  • Progress = Time Spent / (Time Spent + Remaining Estimated Time) *100%
