1.3.3 Insufficient working hours email reminder

1. Description

       This feature can prompt users to log/submit working hours.

2. Steps to locate:

1. Go to Administration > Manage apps;

2. Find "TIMEWISE" and click  System settings;

3. Switch on/off Insufficient working hours email reminder;

3. Function introduction

This function can send emails to users under the specified user group, and the content is that the daily working hours are not enough within the specified date range. The list of users who have one day's working hours in Jira time tracking.

4. Where to turn it on/off

Open

You can specify the week and time of sending email, as well as the reminder date range and the user group to receive the email. The content of the email is shown in the figure below. Enter the list of users who work less than one day:
