1 Introduction

Record the operations performed within the plugin, which can be used for historical tracing, and the app logs support export.

2 Search Logs

App logs can be queried based on Date, Author, Affected User, IP Address, and Action Type.

  • Date: The default is the last 7 days, and the maximum query range cannot exceed one year;

  • Author or Affected User: The user performing the operation and the user affected by the operation;

  • IP Address: IP address of the author

  • All Actions: Action types of logs, listed below:

    • Enable "Auto deactivate users"

    • Disable "Auto deactivate users"

    • Update "Auto deactivate users"

    • Run "Auto deactivate users"

    • Removed from group automatically

    • Added to group automatically

    • Set users inactive automatically

    • Set users active automatically

    • Set users inactive manually

    • Set users active manually

    • Add to allowlist

    • Remove from allowlist

    • Add permission group

    • Delete permission group

    • Update reserved groups

3 Export Logs
