The project administrator clicks "Project settings" - "Watermark Settings" to visit the project watermark setting page:

 

This project watermark settings follows the global settings when the "Force all projects to use global watermark settings" option is enabled. (2.1 Watermark permission setting )

 

Prerequisites for separately defining project watermarks:
Turn off the "Force all projects to use global watermark settings" option in the global watermark settings page.
