2.1 Watermark for Jira - Watermark permission setting

The Jira-administrators can set the global watermark. Click "Manage apps" – "WATERMARK FOR JIRA" – "Global Watermark Settings" to enter the Global Watermark Settings page.

If "Force all projects to use global watermark settings" is enabled, the watermarks for all projects will follow the global watermark settings; if it is disabled, the project administrators can customize project watermark separately. For more details, please refer to 2.3 Project watermark settings
