1.Function introduction

If you need to send a special card message that prompts the assignee to handle the issue, you need to turn on the special card configuration switch.After the switch is turned on and configured in the notification card process configuration, if the assignee does not view the special card within the time set by the administrator, it will be processed according to the expired card processing method set by the administrator.After processing the expired card, determine whether the number of reissues of the current card does not exceed the number of reissues set by the administrator, if not, it will be reissued.If the special card configuration switch is turned off, only ordinary cards will be sent. The initial status of ordinary cards is unread. When the user clicks to enter from the card, the card status will be changed to read. If the ordinary card has not been read for more than 22 hours, the card will be removed. The status is updated to expired.

Description: If the following three conditions are met, a special card will be sent:

(1)As long as the query involves the change of the manager or the state in the current change history table(Special: The issuer who created the event).

(2)The current user is the manager of the issue.

(3)In the global configuration, the special card configuration switch is turned on, and the notification card flow configuration of the project and issue type to which the current issue belongs and the current state have been configured.
