Orgwise settings
Enter Manage apps > OrgWise > Global configuration.
Select user(s) from the organization tree
Display the organztion tree picker next to the user select fields.
Display user department information
Display user department information on issue details page.
Display more user information
Display more information on the personnel page.
Member information synchronization
Synchronize the latest information of JIRA users to members data.
Organization tree displayed to users
This configuration only affects users viewing the org tree in the organization structure interface. Based on the department to which the user belongs, it is set that the user can see several levels of upper-level departments upwards, and several levels of sub-level departments downwards.
