After you configure the notification scheme, the project can select the notification schemeand send an email alert to the appropriate user based on the notification scheme.
Function entrance:
A default notification scheme is displayed by default, which cannot be deleted. And the default scheme binds all items by default.
Notifications for the default notification scheme: All events supported by the default settings.
