1. According to the reminder date, there are 3 types of page reminder and table reminder
1 | Reminder in advance | By add reminder schemes. | Click the "Preview" button to view the end date of the reminder. |
2 | Punctual reminder | Default reminder scheme. | You will receive a reminder on the due date. |
3 | Keep reminding after due date | Select ”Keep reminding after due date” to set the reminder repetition frequency and deadline (you can set it to never end). | You will receive reminders according to the settings after the due date, and no reminder will be received after the deadline. |
2. Why can't I find my task in the interface when I click on My Profile Picture > Tasks?
The native rule of Confluence: the first user @ in a task is the assignee. This app supports: multiple users @ in a task are the assignees in the "reminder recipients".
You can click your profile picture > Tasks to view the task list. But please note that this is the Confluence native interface, which follows Confluence native rules, that is, the first user @ in a task is the assignee.
3. Why is my task not reminded on the date mentioned in my task?
In Confluence tasks, only the first date filled in after “//” is the due date of the task.
4. After the app upgrade, I won't receive any reminders, and ServiceProxyDestroyedException error appeared in the Confluence log?
org.eclipse.gemini.blueprint.service.importer.ServiceProxyDestroyedException: service proxy has been destroyed
This is a problem caused by Confluence's app upgrade mechanism. Restart Confluence to resolve it.
