1. Introduction

You can specify users to have permission of creating rate and saturation report.

2. Configuration

Add user groups as shown in the figure above, (Jira-administrators added by default), and all users under these groups will have the permission to create rate and saturation report.

3. Application

Users who can create rate and saturation report can see the menu of "Rate and saturation report" in [Report] and make report statistics:
