3.2.3 View Team Hours

1. Introduction
Users with View Team Hours permission can view team working hours data in Team mode.
There are three types of users who have this permission:
Team Leader
Users assigned [View Team Worklog] permission in Teams
Specific users who can view specified team hours
2. Configuration
2.1 Team Leader and members with [View Team Worklog] permission
When adding/editing a team, you can set the Team Leader and assign members with [View Team Worklog] permission:
2.2 Specific users who can view specified team hours
Click "Configuration" in the above figure to open the team view permission extension configuration window:
Click "Add" and select user/user group and team to extend the permission to view the specified team hours for the specified user.
3. Application
On the Time Sheet page, view team hours in Team mode:
In Report, select Team report to view team hours:
