2.3.4 Lock hours approval

1. Introduction

You can lock approval by time. After locking, approvers cannot approve the logs/plans within the set time.

2. Application

You can lock the approval by Date, Workday and Week.

• Date: For example, after the 1st of each month, no approval of plans or logs for the last month and before is allowed

• Workday: For example, after the first working day of each month, no approval of plans or logs for the last month and before is allowed

• Week: For example, no approval of plans or logs for last week is allowed
