3.1 Why not attaching watermarks to attachment files?

We do understand the requirement of adding watermarks to attachment files in Jira. But we are sorry that this cannot be satisfied by our plugin. We should not change the file data uploaded by Jira users. If necessary, attaching watermarks to files before uploading them to Jira by any local tools would be a good choice.
