1. After disabling page actions, can I still drag an issue in Kanban or panel to switch states?

Problem Description: After adding the approval rule and selecting "Disable page action", the action can only be converted through the approval panel in the issue page, but the state of the issue can still be converted by dragging in the Kanban board or the Sprint of the panel.

The solution: We added a "non-approval action" condition to the workflow. After adding this condition, if the current action is one of the selected actions in the approval rule, it can only be converted through the parallel approval panel.
