A: Add events and notifications to the scheme

As shown in the figure below, click the "Edit" button in the "Operation" column in the notification scheme configuration table to enter the page of add event and notice.

 

Be Careful: Click the "Add Event and notice" button to add new events and notifications.Click “Edit“ to modify existing events and notifications.The default notification scheme initially adds all events and notifies the “Current Assignee“ and “Reporter“.

 

Note: (the same event cannot be added)

 

 

1) If a user or group of users is selected, you should select the corresponding user or group information

 

 

 

2) The event you create to view selected user 、 group information、custom field information

 

Note: notification must be selected before the corresponding message push mode can be selected, otherwise it cannot be saved.
