Log in as a Confluence administrator, click "Confluence Administration"> "Page and Attachment Security Enhancer"> "Attachment Download History".

You can view the Attachment Download History currently saved on the entire Confluence website.

You can use query conditions such as "User" and "Attachment name" to filter.
