WeChat Work for Jira Issue Viewing Interface

In the issue view screen, you can filter the issue by filter, search the issue by profile on the search page, or view the details of the issue.

1.  Issue list

The question list is the home page of the application. When you open the application, you will enter the question list interface and the interface description will be displayed:

  • Display in groups by date

  • The icon, summary, key of the question, priority, status, creation date / update date are displayed on each question

  • Drop down refresh list data

  • When you pull up to the bottom, load more content

  • click Filter  You can select different filters, which are described in detail below

  • click search  The problem search interface can be opened

  • click add  You can create questions

2.  Select filter

click  Filter  The filter list will be displayed. After clicking a filter, the problem will be filtered according to the filter

  • It is divided into system filter and user filter. System filter is built by JIRA and user filter is created by user

3.  Search issue

click search The problem search interface will be displayed and the problems will be filtered according to the filter

  • English is word matching

  • Chinese is fuzzy matching

  • Click a question to enter the question details interface

4.  Issue details

On the issue details page, you can view and edit issue, add or delete comments. If you @ a user in the comments, the user will receive a message notification

You can @ other users in the comments. When you enter the @ character in the input box, a list of users will be displayed
