Unable to automatically change user's active status or add/remove user to/from group in Jira?
Automatically activating a user in Jira requires the system to have the permissions to handle the user's status and group. You can try manually changing the user's active status, adding or removing the user to/from a group to troubleshoot the issue. A common reason for this is the integration of an external user directory with restricted read and write access.

After enabling version 2.0.2 or later of the plugin, it will start recording the daily number of users logged into Jira. Administrators can view the past logged in amount on Auto deactivate users - Active statistics page.
