5.2 Exist Jira users can not be added to departments?

Orgwise 4.5.0 or later creates relative member data for all avtive Jira users when installing, user directory synchronizing or new user created through UI.

When adding members for department, if you cannot find an user that do exist in Jira, you can have a try of running the synchronization process manually. The Synchronize users button is in the OrgWise Settings interface.
