New features

Work plan can be moved and copied like work log;
The maximum log/plan hours per person per day can be set to unlimited;
Rate and saturation report
- Users with permission to view team hours can also view the the rate and saturation reports of corresponding team and members;
- The entry and resignation dates for Jira users are supported to ensure accurate calculation of the rate and saturation;
Project planned hours VS actural hours report: Filter is also supported now;

Improvements

Working hours check report: Non-working days are not included by default;
Additional logging: Logs that have not been submitted under the locked date can be converted into additional logs;
Leave:
- On the leave-related issue, users can only record leave now and cannot log work;
- On Timesheet page, drag the leave-related issue to add a new leave；
- The past worklogs on leave-related issue can be converted into leave hours;
- When there are relevant leave records, leave setting can be deleted and the historical leave records are not affected;

Bug fixed

Users who have permission to view worklogs but are not project leader cannot view the working hours of archived projects and issues;
Team members with expected log/plan=0 cannot be displayed in the team rate and saturation report;
When adding a group named with special characters as team members, users in the group cannot be displayed;
Unable to find users when searching for users through Chinese characters;

新功能

优化

工时校验报表：默认不包含非工作日；
补录日志：锁定日期下未提交的日志可转换为补录日志；
休假：
- 休假问题上只允许新增休假，不能再录工时；
- 在工时表页面，拖拽休假问题到工时表弹出新增休假窗口，不再是录日志；
- 过去在休假问题上录的日志可以转换为休假；
- 当存在相关休假记录时，休假配置允许删除，且删除后不影响历史休假记录；

修复Bug
