All the Jira users can set these configurations, but only for themselves.
3. Configuration Details
Notification events include :
Someone made a work plan for me: For example, user A records a work plan for user B and user B will be notified
Someone logged work for me: For example, user A records a work log for user B and user B will be notified
My working hours approval was rejected: For example,the working hours submitted by user A was rejected and user A will be notified
My working hours was insufficient: You can set the reminder frequency and you will be notified when the working hours was insufficient
Working hours waiting for my approval: You can set the reminder frequency and you will be notified when there are working hours are waiting for my approval
Someone applied to me to revoke the approved working hours: For example, user A applied to withdraw the working hours and the approver will receive the notification
My application of revoking approved hours is passed or rejected: For example, user A applied to withdraw the working hours and user A will receive the notification when the approval was passed or not
Someone shared a report with me: For example, user A shared a report to user B and user B will be notified
Someone applied to me for additional logging: For example, user A applied to log work on locked dates and the approver will receive the notification
My application of additional logging is agreed or rejected: For example, user A applied to log work on locked dates and user A will receive the notification when the approval was passed or not
The notification in Jira and email notification are suppeted. By default, the notification in Jira is turned on and the email notification is turned off.
