Task reminders are uniformly configured by administrators.

Ordinary users can automatically receive reminders via Email* or Slack by simply adding tasks to the Confluence page.

(1) How to add tasks?

Edit Confluence page: Click "image-20240703-095811.pngAction item" in the top toolbar, and follow the prompts to fill in the tasks.

When editing a Confluence page, click "image-20240703-095818.pngAction item" in the top toolbar, and follow the prompts to add tasks.

For example:

in which:

  • A tick means the task has been completed, otherwise it is not completed.

  • The native rule of Confluence: the first user @ in a task is the assignee. This app supports: multiple users @ in a task are the assignees in the "reminder recipients".

  • the first date filled in after “//” is the due date

After saving the page, a task is added.

You can click your profile picture > Tasks to view the task list. But please note that this is the Confluence native interface, which follows Confluence native rules, that is, the first user @ in a task is the assignee.

(2) When will I receive task reminders?

If you want to know when you will receive a task reminder, you can go to any page and click "Date Reminder":
