Is there an exception to the state of the application you created?

Scenario 1:

Application links are available at one end of the application and not at the other end, resulting in a "network error" at the other end. The premise that the application link is in good condition is that both ends of the application have a link to each other.

Take the case of the jira link created by confluence, when creating a redirect return app, because the jira does not recognize the confluence app url, resulting in the jira side did not create the application link, there is no application link at one end of the other side did not. (Figure 1-1)

(Figure 1-1)

The "Local authentication" link between the two ends of the application is different from the corresponding outgoing and incoming, resulting in a "misconfiguration", As shown in Figure 1-2, Figure 1-3.

The Local authentication include Oauth、Oauth(impersonation)、Disabled, and the configuration principle is that one end is outgoing at the Auth type and the other end is coming in at the Oauth type.

Take the confluence access to jira, for example, when the confluence end is passed out in the form of Oauth (impersonation), the jira end is passed in as Oauth(impersonation).

Other special circumstances:

If you exclude the above problem types, the mutual application links at both ends are "network errors" and may be caused by non-simultaneous creation.

It is recommended that you remove the app links on both ends and re-create them.
