2.1.11 Batch Create Worklog (via dragging)

1. Description

This feature is used to batch create period worklog via dragging.

2. How to turn it on

This feature is off by default. You can click the (··) in the upper right corner for a drop-down list, then turn on "Drag to create log" to start.

3. How to use

3.1 Click and select the date of worklogs. When the mouse is released, the system will automatically obtain the start date and end date, repeat every day.

3.2 Start date must be earlier than end date, otherwise it will fail.

3.3 Drag is only effective for Issue(3). For User(1) or Project(2), it does not work.

3.4 If "Automatic processing of overtime hours" is selected, Overtime hours will be automatically calculated within selected date range.

 

3.5 If “Maximum logged hours per person per day“ is enabled in global settings:

① If daily recorded hours are equal to maximum allowed hours, no hours will be logged and a prompt will pop up.

②If the remaining allowed hours are less than the hours to be logged, It will automatically log maximum allowed hours.
