You must be an administrator to access the Clear Tools (Space) page.

On this page, administrators can only clear the historical versions of pages, attachments and blog posts in this space by time range and version number.

Enter the Clear Tools (Space)

First you need to enter the space, click on the lower left corner of the Space tools, select the Admin Tools

① Click on the time frame to enter the tab

② After a time range is selected, only historical versions within the selected time range are retained and the rest are cleared. You can clean up according to a specified scope or a custom scope

②After the number of versions to be retained is selected, only historical versions within the selected number of versions are retained and other versions are cleared

③ Display the clearing progress

④ After the clearing progress reaches 100%, you can enter the history page and find that the historical version has been cleared according to the specified conditions
