Clear Tools (Global)
You must be a system administrator to perform operations on the Clear Tools (Global) page.
On this page, the system administrator can clean up the historical versions of pages, attachments, and blog in any space, by time range and number of versions.
Enter the Clear Tools (Global)
First click on the gear icon in the upper right corner to enter the Manage apps
1.Clean up in a time frame
(1) Operation demo
① Click on the time frame to enter the tab
② After a time range is selected, only historical versions within the selected time range are retained and the rest are cleared. You can clean up according to a specified scope or a custom scope
③ Choose the space to clean, you can choose more
④ Select the Action type to be cleaned
(2) For example :
① Enter any space and view its "Page History"
② Enter the function page of "Clear Tools", specify the time range, space range and content type, and click "Clear" button:
③ Display the clearing progress
④ After the clearing progress reaches 100%, you can enter the history page and find that the historical version has been cleared according to the specified conditions
2.Clean up by version number
(1) Operation demo
①Click the version number to enter the tab
②After the number of versions to be retained is selected, only historical versions within the selected number of versions are retained and other versions are cleared
③ Choose the space to clean, you can choose more
④ Select the type to be cleaned
(2) For example:
① Enter any space and view its "Page History"
② Enter the function page of "Clear Tools", specify the version number, space scope and Action type, and click "Clear" button:
③ Display the clearing progress
④ After the clearing progress reaches 100%, you can enter the history page and find that the historical version has been cleared according to the specified conditions
