2.2.3 Project Work Type Scheme Configuration

1. Go to Configuration Page

Click Projects in header > Choose a project > Click TimeWise Setting > Find Project Work Type Scheme section.

 

2. Configurations

     1. Associate a work type scheme with a project

To associate a scheme with the project, select the scheme in drop-down menu.

Click " "to save, or "×"  to cancel.

Each project can be associated with only one work type scheme, while one work type scheme can be applied in many projects.

 

2. Add scheme 

    After clicking "+", you can add a scheme either by copying and editting an existing scheme or customizing a new one on popup window.

(1) For copying and editing an existing scheme, choose a work type sheme in drop-down select list in Copy Scheme field, othewise leave this field empty.

(2) Scheme name is required. You can also rename the scheme you choose in Copy Scheme field.

(3) Drag and drop the work types from Availabe Work Types into Work Types for Current Scheme. And do it in reverse if you need to remove any work type from current scheme.

(4) The first work type will be filled in by default when entering work hours: When selected, the "Work Type" will select the first work type by default when entering working hours.

(5) Click Save to add. The newly added scheme can be found on Work Type Scheme screen.

3. Edit scheme

Click and then you can edit on the popup window.

(1) Scheme name is required.

(2) Description is optional

(3) Drag and drop the work type you need to add/remove.

(4) Whether to enable The first work type will be filled in by default when entering work hours

(5) Click Save after editing and scheme will be updated.
