New Features:
Global Configuration > More Permissions - Main Switch. Administrators can disable "more space permissions" and "more page permissions" for all users with one click.
Global Configuration > Attachment Download History > Do not log repeated downloads of the same attachment by the same user within xx seconds. This setting can be used to: avoid the "many duplicate records in a short period of time" phenomenon caused by some browser extensions and third-party download tools.
Global Configuration > Attachment Upload Restrictions > Attachment content scanning and upload restriction. Scan the contents of uploaded attachments, and prohibit users from uploading attachments containing specified sensitive text.
The following bugs have been fixed:
After a user's "Download Attachment" permission is disabled, the user can still download the attachment after clicking the "View" button in the attachment macro.

全局配置 > 附件下载历史记录 > 不记录 xx 秒内同一用户重复下载同一附件的行为。此配置可用于：避免某些浏览器扩展和第三方下载工具导致的 “短时间内出现多条重复记录” 的现象。
全局配置 > 附件上传限制 > 上传附件内容扫描与限制。可扫描上传附件的内容，禁止用户上传含有指定敏感文字的附件。
修复了以下 bug：
禁用了某用户的“下载附件”权限后，该用户在点击附件宏中的“查看”按钮后，仍可下载该附件。
