What about old data synchronization?

You can manually related issues and establish the relationship between the local Issue and the target Issue to facilitate subsequent data synchronization.

#Entrance

Log in to the JIRA system, enter the Issue viewing interface, and click on "More" to find the "Related Issue" option.

Click "Related Issue", the "Related Issue" pop-up box.

#Function

1、Related Issue

  • Jira Instance: Required, By default, one of the instances in the instance configuration is selected.

  • Related Issue : Search by using issueKey.

2、Steps to Related Issue

Step 1:First, Find the issue of the native JIRA system that needs to be synchronized (as shown in Figure 1 below) :

Step 2: Click "More" to find the "Related Issue" option (as shown in Figure 2 below), click "Related Issue", and the "Related Issue" box will pop up (as shown in Figure 3 below) .

Step 3: Click "Confirm", the issue association is successful, close the box, you can quickly locate the specific location of the associated target JIRA system issue in the local JIRA system (as shown in Figure 4 below)
