What about old data synchronization?

You can related issues in batches and establish the relationship between local issues and target issues to facilitate subsequent data synchronization.

#Entrance

Entrance 1:

The administrator logs in to the Jira system, clicks on the gear icon, selects "Manage apps" (as shown in Figure 1) and then finds the "SYNC TO JIRA" plugin item (as shown in Figure 2).

Click on “Batch Related Issue” to enter the batch related page.The screen is shown as follows:

Entrance 2:

Jira users log in to the Jira system, click the project menu in the navigation bar, select a project, enter the "Project" interface, find "Project settings" (as shown in Figure 3 below), enter the "Project Configuration" interface, find the "Batch Related Issue" menu (as shown in Figure 4 below).

#Function

1、Batch Related Issue

  • Batch Related : This button is disabled by default. This button is enabled when text in a specified format is entered in the upper text box.

  • Issue Related results in batches: Not displayed by default. Only issues that fail to be associated are displayed.

2、Steps to batch related issue

Step 1: Sort out the issue data to be related and paste it into the text box (as shown in Figure 5 below).

Step 2: Click the "Batch Related" button. When the issue related succeeds, the message "Batch Issue related succeeded!" is displayed. ", as shown in Figure 6. When the issue related fails, the message "Batch Issue related failed! "And show the issue result of batch association failure (as shown in Figure 7 below).
