First:
Log in to JIRA system, select "Apps > Manage your apps" on the navigation bar to enter the "Manage Apps" interface, select "Workflow Parallel Approval" at the left title bar, and enter "Workflow Parallel Approval > Rule Setting" interface.
Next:
Click the "Add" button on the page, and the following window will pop up:
Click "Save" to save the approval rule.

After “Save”, approval rules have been configured successfully!
Meanwhile, a window pops up saying “Prohibit the transition,so users can only transfer issue by the Approval.“(Note: If 'No longer prompt' is checked, this window will never appear when adding approval rules in the future).
When getting in approval, you may wish to have the issue only execute the approval, rather than the transitions in workflow which will make the issue skip approval. Please follow “show me how” to set the prohibition.
