Confluence administrator or space administrator can click "Space tools"> "Permissions" in the lower left corner of the space, and select "More Space Permissions".
The following additional space permissions can be set separately for "groups", "individual users", and "anonymous access":

Common problem
I have disabled the permissions of the user or group. Why is there no effect?
—— Anonymous access setting is valid for any user. To disable permissions for groups or users, make sure that the corresponding permissions for anonymous access are disabled.
