Estimated Time Report: A new report type that can count the Original Estimated Time, Remaining Estimated Time, and Time spent of all issues in the project, and track the time progress!
Global configuration of approvers: Jira administrators can uniformly designate approvers for a certain type of user or a certain type of issue across projects;
Configurable whether the remaining estimated time can be modified when entering working hours.
Improvements
In addition to projects, it is now supported to set issue types not to be included in the Work Conversion Rate Report;
In addition to viewing charts by team, team charts now also support other dimensions, such as users in teams;

预估工时报表：全新的报表类型，可以统计项目所有问题的原始预估时间、剩余预估时间、实际工作时间，跟踪时间进度！
审核人全局配置：Jira管理员可以跨项目统一为某一类用户或者某一类问题指定审核人；
可配置是否可以在录入工时时修改剩余预估时间。
优化
除了项目，现在也支持设定某些问题类型不计入运转率报表；
团队图表除了按团队查看统计图，现在也支持其他维度，比如团队中的用户等；
优化了报表的动态列查询，支持搜索问题类型、工作类型、修复版本、模块；
优化了默认工作类型，在工作类型方案中设定默认工作类型。
