Never logged in first, sorted in ascending order by creation time;
Next, those who have logged in are sorted in ascending order based on their last login time;
Note: You can switch between ascending and descending order by clicking on “Last Login”.
2 User filters
Multiple filters are provided, allowing you to find target users more quickly:
Username: Namely Jira username;
Email: Namely Jira user email;
Full Name: Namely Jira user full name;
User Status: Users can be filtered based on "active" and "inactive";
User Group: Query the users in the selected user group, multiple-choice. Display up to 10 groups, more groups need to be searched;
User Directory: Query the users in the selected user directory, single choice;
Not logged in Since: Two types of users included:
If the user has previously logged in, query for users whose last login date is earlier than the selected date;
If the user has never logged in, query for users whose creation time is earlier than or equal to the selected date;
Logged in Since: Query users whose last login date is later than or equal to the selected date;
Users in CSV: Support uploading a CSV file, which must include the "Username" column. Users will be queried based on the Jira username matching in the "Username" column;
3 Batch set users status as active/inactive
After selecting users, click "Set Users Active" or "Set Users Inactive" to batch set the status of the selected users to Active/Inactive.
Note: When setting to inactive, if the current logged in user is selected, as Jira cannot set the current logged-in user to inactive, so it will automatically skip the current logged-in user.
4 Batch add users to the allowlist
Allowlist users will be excluded in 4 Auto Activate/Deactivate Users. You can select users and add them to the allowlist in bulk here.
